Every Sunday, our system rescans the women's soccer coaching staff of every school in our database. We confirm head and assistant coaches are still in place, catch roster changes, and surface dead links. This page shows the live state of that work.

Every tracked school has a verified coaching contact, an individual coach email or a monitored program inbox. A small number of programs publish no coach email publicly; their rosters are still verified every week, and we reach those coaches through the school’s official recruiting form.

How We Verify

Three-layer process. Runs every Sunday at midnight Pacific.

Layer 1 · Detection

Fetch each school's official staff page.

Our system retrieves the live roster page from every school in our database. If the URL fails or has moved, it's flagged for follow-up.

Layer 2 · Reconciliation

Compare new roster against last week's snapshot.

Changes are categorized: new coach added, coach departed, email updated, role changed. Each change is confirmed against the school's own site and staged for review, nothing updates a client tracker without sign-off.

Layer 3 · Onboarding gate

No school enters a client tracker without passing verification.

When we add a new school to any client's recruiting list, the same verification runs first. No stale contacts ever make it onto a tracker.
