Team pages

Enter your roster.

The whole team in one sitting. Add a card for each player, fill in what you know, and send it all at once. Anything you leave blank we can chase later, and nothing is published until we have built the page and you have seen it.

Before you start You are entering other people's children. Please only add a player whose family has told you they want to be on the team page. There is a box at the bottom confirming you have asked them, and it is not a formality: it is the record we rely on. If you would rather each family entered their own player on their own phone, that is the other way to do this and it is here: team form and family link.

The team

PNG with a transparent background is ideal. If it is easier, skip this and email it to admin@pitchandprofile.com later.

Championships, finals, playoff runs. One per line is perfect.

The players

Name, class year and positions are what we need. Everything else helps and can wait, but film is the one that changes what a coach does next, so paste a link wherever you have one.

Photos

Send them to admin@pitchandprofile.com rather than uploading them here. A headshot and an action shot per player is the goal. Name each file after the player, or send us the link to your photographer's folder, whichever is less work. Phone photos are fine. Send this roster first, the photos can follow.

I have asked every family on this list and each one has told me they want their player included. I am the team manager, coach or club administrator named above. We do not collect parent contact details here, so you are our route to these families: when we have questions about a player, or before her page is published, we come to you and you speak to her family.

We reply within one business day. Nothing goes live until you have seen the page.
